Hello, I’m Rabin Shrestha.
// ABOUT_MEMy journey in technology began over a decade ago as a PHP CI and Android software developer. Over the last 14+ years, I have grown alongside the tech ecosystem, transitioning from writing code to building the teams, processes, and architectures that power modern digital products. I have served as a Senior Engineering Manager, blending executive strategy, servant leadership, and deep operational execution. I operate firmly on the philosophy of Servant Leadership. I believe that engineering excellence isn't just about selecting the right tech stack, it's about removing roadblocks for developers, establishing high-transparency governance, and aligning day-to-day sprints with overarching business OKRs. Throughout my career at EB Pearls, I have engineered my division's growth from the ground up. I have directly managed 6 to 8 engineering managers and provided strategic oversight to a 150+ member multi-disciplinary team comprising Software Engineers, QA Architects, Business Analysts, and DevOps Specialists. Whether implementing comprehensive workflow transformations via Jira, Hubspot, Zoho etc or experimenting with the frontiers of local-first AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), I thrive on solving complex technical and organizational puzzles.
